This was a very special voyage: my solo sail aboard Mirage from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, to Yarmouth, Nova Scotia - about 240 nautical miles across the Gulf of Maine. I left Cape Cod at 10 a.m. But the conditions changed quickly.
